- Add kale, romaine, red onions and black beans to the bowl.
- Butterfly the shrimp with the spices over medium heat with avocado oil for 2-3 minutes until no longer pink.
- I add Creamy Harissa Dressing from Whole Foods over the shrimp once cooked. This makes the shrimp a little creamy.
- Add the cooked shrimp over the salad, add more dressing and add crunched tortillas for a little crunch.
