DONUT INGREDIENTS

2 cups almond flour

3 eggs

1/3 cup stevia

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 tsp salt
GLAZE INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup almond milk
-
3/4 cup Swerve powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the donut ingredients and gently mix together until fully mixed.

Spray your donut pan generously with cooking spray so the donuts do not get stuck to the pan, even if you are using a silicone pan. Fill each donut well with the donut mixture, fill about 3/4 of the way.

Bake for 20-22 minutes and then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, combine donut glaze ingredients and mix together. Dip both sides of the donuts into the glaze and then allow to dry on a wire rack. If you want a thicker glaze, dip in glaze again once the first layer has slightly dried!
