Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of broccoli, steamed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Chop broccoli and in a mixing bowl, add combine all ingredients.

  3. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and pour the broccoli mixture into the pan. Mine made 5 muffins!

  4. Cook for 20 minutes and remove from oven.

  5. Enjoy!
