Instructions
- Soak almonds in 4 cups of filtered water overnight with ⅛ tsp salt.
- Rinse almonds and add to blender with 4 cups filtered water, 2 dates, ⅛ tsp salt and vanilla extract.
- Strain almond milk through a cheesecloth, removing any pulp.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
